Rasheed speaking on his inspiration and story line of the song said "This song was inspired by nature. I was in the gym when the rain started. The first four lines popped into my head. Then I shaped the idea by comparing rain with love, the sky with the human heart. The first verse describes the harmony between two parties. The beautiful experience that befalls a friend, lover, or family. The second verse shows regret. Friends, lovers, family take their love ones for granted and hope to make adjustment if they have a second chance. In the bridge, I changed the word rain to rane. Rane is a rapper and brother we lost in Canbit music during the period we were working, May his soul rest in perfect peace"
