Nnadi Chidi and I'm from Ikeduru LGA in Imo State, consequently where I school also in Imo State University, Owerri. I'm in my Final year studying Surveying and Geionformatics and should be wrapping up my higher education before the year runs out. I was born in Yaounde, Cameroun but grew up in Lagos, in Ikeja and Egbeda to be specific. My dad always played the acoustic guitar in his spare time and my mum has been a chorister since childhood so I guess my inclination to music isn't far-fetched. I picked up interest in music in Senior Secondary School where a five-man group was formed called T-REKS, me being the "T" for TITE DUDE. We were heavily inspired by RAP acts like Dr. Dre, Eminem, Nas, The Game and locally by Tribes Men, 2Face, Modenine and Choc Boys at the latter end. After Secondary School most of us went our separate ways but my fire for music waxed stronger and stronger and now I'm united with one of the five, PROLIFIC who is like a brother to me. My first single, Jam It (Feat Yucee J) was released in 2009 and was loved dearly by the student community. Infact, most of them called me "Jam it" instead of TITE. However, my major hindrance was quality, I hadn't mustered enough skill to give my jobs that super sound I always dreamt of. Late 2011, I teamed up with renowned producer Cally and laced another smash single "Uncle Dem" which was released online temporarily but was retracted because we needed a stronger platform to promote it. It will be re-released officially soon. Laybach (Like A Beach Chair) was produced by me, mixed and mastered by Cally in 2013. Been in the music scene since 2006 but professionally as a producer and vocalist in 2009. Worked with industry names like Ojb Jezreel, Foster Zeeno, Pamela, Emmsong and a host of others. I believe in concious music and positivity. A fan of Eldee, 2Face, Eva and internationally, Frank Ocean.
